Workout called for 2 miles at 7:30, 2 miles 7:00, 2 miles
6:30, 2 miles at 6:10.
I ran them all but one a bit faster. I tried to hold back on
first 2 miles but was still way off.
Last 2 miles I really had to work hard! I felt like I was near
max especially last mile. I don't have much top end speed
Have some new shoes coming in the mail. These are still good
but will not last much longer. Ordered the new adrenaline 11's.
