I kept track of my HR info on each split but I accidentally
deleted it. It was 145 to 150 the entire time. Did not
push real hard just kept it steady. I had to stop to change
clothes 2 times because the were soaked. I'm happy with
this run an plan on doing it one more time in 2 weeks.
Drank about 90 oz water-Gatorade, 2 bananas, 3 Gels, energy
bar and still lost 3 lbs.

Wow. Does your treadmill go to tenth of a percent on the inclines?

Altitude aside (and that by the way effects folks differently), you seem really ready

I run on a treadmill at Snap Fitness it's a 24 hour place and they have a treadmill called Woodway it's a nice treadmill and it does do tenth's of a percent. It goes to 15% which is nice. Some only go to 10% or 12%. I hope I'm ready I wish I had more time to train.
