Another tough treadmill run! I worked hard on this one physically
and mentally. This was the most time I have spent on a treadmill
ever. HR was okay today but a few times I had to slow the speed
down to keep HR in check. Next Saturday I will not do a treadmill
run so I can do the Bellin 10K run. This is good though I still
need to do some speed work.
