I ran outside. It was really nice! I felt great tonight too.
The first mile I usually feel sluggish not tonight I ran
6:40 and it felt easy.

Hi Brad. $600 for a two bedroom in Manitou will be a tough find, and will be small. But definitely possible. Maybe try looking into Old Colorado City (often listed as the Westside), it's a bit cheaper and still close to some great trails. When you planning on moving?
Thanks for the info. August 1st is the day I plan on moving. You doing Pikes Peak marathon? I will if I get in.
