Hamstring felt better today. It was a bit sore on the treadmill
but not bad at all. It never got any worse as the run went on.
I started very easy at 6.0 and as the run went on speed up.
I finished at 8.2. Slower than normal but at least I was running.
So maybe I can at least do treadmill for a while until I get
back to 100%. Also I might be able to run outside but need to
stick to flat running no hills. Will just have to take it day by day.
