1:00 5.91 Miles Elliptical

This was a pretty good workout and it did not aggravate the
hamstring. Tomorrow I'm going to try running on the treadmill.
If it causes pain then I will get back on the elliptical. I need to
do something to keep some of my fitness level until I get back to 100%.
