Man I'm not in Incline shape right now. My time was pretty
slow and it was hard. My best time is low 24's. I was just
glad I at least broke 30. I have found to do good on the
Incline you need to do it 1-2 times a week or more. When
you don't do it for months you will be slow.
MP3 player is working again! It has been through a lot.
Can't believe it still works!
Easy day tomorrow race Saturday.
