I usually do my long runs on Pikes Peak Greenway. Today I did something
different. I just started from my house and went 10 miles via different
roads and then came back. Run felt harder than my usual 20 mile runs.
Maybe it was because the course was more challenging? Another factor
could be the unfamiliarity with the route. Anyway is was a good training
day. Getting towards the end of this buildup. I think I have 2 more
weeks of solid training before starting a taper.
So I ended the month running everyday in January. First time I have
ever done that.
