Not a bad workout it's not much as far as mileage goes but the
main purpose is to help me with my speed some. I'm feeling a bit
more comfortable on the track now that I have done a few weeks
in a row now. I might do a 5k Sunday and see if I can't improve
on my 5k best time of 17:40.
Next week I'm going to skip the Wednesday track and focus on
being fresh for my 50 mile trail run on Saturday July 10.

Wow. One week and the wheels have opened up nicely, eh?
It felt pretty good. Can't wait for Pikes Peak Marathon. I'm hoping to run better than '08. I will be moving to COS August 3. So I will have a few weeks to adjust to the altitude. Looking forward to finally meeting you. I feel like I have known you for a long time. Following your blog since early 2008.
Wow. That will be a good amount of time to acclimate. Are you subscribed into the Incline Club stuff yet?
Yes I just signed up last week for the Incline Club. Looking forward to running with that group.
