Warm upper 40's low 50's Sunny.
Ran with AJ and Asher.
Saturday I am going to do a 5 mile race to work on some speed.
I have not done any speed or races in a long time so it will be
interesting to see how I do. Going down to Oshkosh for this one.
Should be fun!
