Felt great today and ran this 28 seconds faster than I ever have.
I'm very happy with that time and I could have probably broke
44 minutes if not for some icy sections I had to slow down on.
Ran in short sleeves and shorts! Back home in Wisconsin they
are getting snow. Glad I'm here.

That is one tough run - pretty stout for 5.5 miles. That "little" hill gets the heart rate going!!
BTW, how bad was the ice?
Yes that "little" hill does get the hear rate up a bit.
The ice/snow was not bad at all just some in the shaded areas and also towards the end coming down the dirt road was slippery. I could feel my feet slipping several times. No need for spikes though just be careful.
