1 2% 6.5-7.0
2 5% 7.0
3 7% 7.0
4 8% 6.5
5 10% 6.0
First run of my training plan for Pikes Peak.
I have lots of work to do. I need to build up to
a 15% incline run for 13 miles. It's going to be FUN!
