Pikes Peak Greenway Long Run

20 Miles 2:17:58 6:54 average per mile
9:30 am) 50's Sunny!
This run was a struggle today. I felt okay till mile 11 then
for some reason I started to bonk. At 14 miles I wanted to
end the run. I decided at 14 that 22 was not going to happen
and told myself lets at least try for 20. Got the 20 miles
so happy about that but am wondering what happened today.
Maybe just an off day?
My splits to give an idea of the slow down. Never really
crashed but did slow down.

If I ever get to "slow down" for a 7:17 mile after running 18 - I should be drug tested. Hope you get to "run faster" soon. (tongue in check runner envy). Good job Brad.

Thanks Craig! I hope to get to run faster on Thursday as it's only 3.1 miles. Nice job on your run up to Barr Camp.

I agree with Craig, that mile 18 split was unacceptable Brad... (wink, wink) Looks like it is coming together awesome for a Rocket City blast off!!!!
