First time running here. I did a 3 mile loop 2 times. The
trail was non technical but had some good hill climbs.
I walked a few times but getting stronger and walking less.
Legs were feeling a bit fatigue from yesterdays run at Waldo.
I'm looking to start building my mileage back up to where it
was in Wisconsin. It's taking me some time to adjust but I
feel I'm on my way.

Is there a map of that trail? Want to know how long the loop is. Did you start by the gardens? what route?
