Ran first 7 at my normal pace and decided to see how
hard I could push the last 3. Wanted to work on some
speed since I'm racing Thursday morning. Legs felt
pretty good considering my long run on Saturday.

I was thinking I would run these faster but didn't
really know what to expect since I can't remember
the last time I pushed this hard. I hope to run
5:40's on Thursday for the 5 miler. It always feels
easier on race day.
