4.25 Miles 30:46 7:15 average per mile 11:30 am) cold 30's Happy Easter Everyone! Just a short shake out run today. Legs felt heavy but okay. My hamstring was a bit tight yesterday so good to see that it felt fine today.
Ha! Good to know someone else had tight hammies from yesterday too. I cranked out 2:40 today when I intended to only go 50-60mins. I guess I just felt relief that my legs still work and went with it. Great run yesterday. You're going to nail 2:40 at green bay!
