Snap Fitness

5 Miles 42:17 8:28 average per mile
6:00 pm) Treadmill
Wanted to get a good workout in but not do more than 5 miles.
So figured doing some incline on the treadmill would do the
job. Here is what I did.
0.5 warm up
0.5 - 1.0 7% 7.0 mph
1.0 - 1.5 1% 8.0 mph
1.5 - 2.0 10% 6.2 mph
2.0 - 2.5 1% 8.2 mph
2.5 - 3.0 12% 5.8 mph
3.0 - 3.5 1% 8.2 mph
3.5 - 4.0 10% 6.4 mph
4.0 - 4.5 1& 8.3 mph
4.5 - 5.0 7% ran this at 7.5 - 7.7 mph

Hey Brad,
I met you at the Ice Age 50 packet pickup restaurant. I work at the Originals antique store in Oshkosh. Congrats on your race! I finished around 6 hours for the 50k. It was my first ultra in 5 yrs (unfortunately, it was done on minimal training). At least I can walk, run and look forward to the next race. Can you send me an email sometime?
