Culvert trail (new Garmin)

 4 miles 28:03 7:00 average per mile
HR avg. 134 might have been a little lower if not for the spike early on due to not
having the strap wet. I like the new strap design very confortable. I also need to
adjust it so it's tighter.
Avg. run cadence 172 spm
Avg. vertical oscillation 10.9 cm
Avg. ground contact time 2.49 ms
Avg. stride length 1.34 m
Vo2 max 59
Race predictor
5k 17:22
10k 36:02
Half Marathon 1:19:38
Marathon 2:46:25
Got my new Garmin 620 today and had to go for a quick run with it.
I got all kinds of data from this watch. Some of the info might not be really
accurate as it was my first run with it and only 4 miles. Still fun to look at.
Race predictor is pretty accurate I would say. The only one I would say
I would be faster at is the Half Marathon. I ran 1:18 at altitude so I would
think maybe 1:16:30 at sea level.

Wow. Oscillation time? Ground contact time? Is there a goot pad?

No foot pod needed built into the watch. Also you can run on the treadmill with this watch. You don't want this watch you need it! Will be going for second run with it today. Will be interesting to see the data from today's hilly run.

Forgot to mention that it needs no ANT stick! It uses wireless and bluetooth to auto-upload to Garmin Connect. I have the app on my iPhone and the watch connects to my phone as soon as they get in range. Data at the fingertips!
