Hilly run moderate effort.
Not really sore anymore from marathon just heavy tired legs.

Hey Brad - do you cross Flying W when you hit the top? You can do that and turn right on Rossmere for additional climbing. Kathleen used to do repeats on the road bike with that hill. Good stuff!

Hi Steve! I have only run this 2 times. I have gone either to the left down Flying W or to the right up a little bit them down. I will check out that route. Thanks for mentioning it.
