Legs felt dead today. I was going to pick up the pace on the second half but
legs had no spring. So I ended up running a steady pace for 10 miles.
What a trip…. We have a Santa Fe Spanish Trail out here in GJ,Co…. I thought you were on our side of the divide….. On of the trail heads is about a stones throw from my place…. Shadow Boy & I were about to fly out the door. Stay Strong
