Did an out and back 7 miles north on trail then 7 back. I ran exactly
7:00 pace out and 6:30 pace on the back.
I felt pretty good considering I worked till 8:50 am. Felt much better
than I did 24 hours beforehand.

Hiked Barr Trail with B. We just took it easy and enjoyed the
