Feeling tired and unmotivated lately. Coach is going to give me a day off tomorrow
and a easy day Wednesday, Hopefully I get to feeling better and motivated again.
I have a long run this weekend. I hope to be mentally ready for it. I think I will
be. I actually feel better tonight. Maybe it's coming back.
