Treadmill 15%

Started at 4.3 mph and finished up at 4.7 mph. All walking.
Great workout. I really enjoy this workout. It's pretty intense but over so
quick you can muster through it.
Getting excited for Fargo Marathon. We leave next Thursday morning. Race is
on Saturday May 18.
