cool down 1 mile

Speed work is hard to do on snow and -5 degrees temps so again I ran on the
treadmill. Haven't done any speed work on the treadmill in a while. Was not
sure what pace I could do this at. I think I found the right pace. Workout
was hard but not too bad.
Ready for a warm up. This cold snap makes marathon training difficult.
