12 miles 6:52 average
Slowly building my long runs up again. This week was pretty good got
5 runs in and 38 miles. Goal for next week is 50 miles with a long run
of 16. Chicago is quickly approaching and I need to get some longer
runs in. My goal is to just run well at Chicago no goal to run a PR or
anything like that. I hope to at least run sub 3 hours.
