This workout always kills me.
Threw my name in the hat for the Leadville 100 lottery.
Will find out Jan. 15 if I get it. I'm really excited to train and run my
first 100 mile race next year. If I don't get in I'm going to try to
qualify at the Leadville Marathon.
Monday 30 minute bike on trainer.
