Was going to do this on the track at Manitou Springs High School but track was
occupied. So I went with my backup plan and ran over to Midland Trail. I found
a nice flat spot to do them. I did this as an out and back so 8 times out and
8 times back. This was a tough workout! I have never done this many 400's in
a workout before. I did one 400 every 2:00 so my rest was between 30-40 seconds
between each one.

not sure how i found this blog but nice job (esp. on #15!) i was curious about the rest time you chose, how did you come up with that (on 2:00)? In fall and winter i do track workouts with a group and they pick the workouts but in Spring and summer i am on my own and have been paying attention to details of others speed stuff to get some new ideas.
