Treadmill

2.14 miles 30:05
Walked on treadmill at 10% incline.
4.0 mph 5 minutes
4.2 mph 15 minutes
4.5 mph 10 minutes
First time doing this kind of workout. Was a good workout actually. I got in
a good sweat and felt no pounding on the body.
