12 Miles 1:22:08 6:50 average per mile 11:30 am) 50 degrees Sunny! Good run but got tired around mile 8. I have 50 miles in for the week already and have the weekend yet. Not bad considering I'm working every night this week.
Sunny again!?! I must say that I am absolutely jealous. Followed your blog a bit. I am tired of running in the slop/rain up here BC this winter- but still trudge out there nearly every day. Nice week of running for u so far.
Yes we get lots of sunshine here in Colorado Springs. They say over 300 days per year. I love the sunshine it makes me feel good! Thanks for following my blog. I just took a look at your blog. Very nice! Very nice pictures. Looks like your training is going well! Keep it up!
