Did the entire Mineral Belt Trail loop. It's 11.6 miles I did
a bit extra to get 12. First 5 miles was hard not only the
altitude but it seemed to be slightly uphill. I had to stop
a few times just to catch my breath. I wore my HR monitor
since I was curious what it would be at 10,000 + ft. I was
surprised how low it was. Even though my breathing was like
I was doing a sprint my HR was very low.
