Worked till 8:00 am got home and started to get ready for run. I
normally wait longer before going out but snow was moving in.
Was good weather for the run snow started as I was finishing up.
Next 3 days will be frigid. Not looking forward to it.
Today's run was non eventful. Did not push pace at all. I did
not feel great anyway so good day to run easy.
