4.15 Miles 37:32 9:03 average per mile
7:20 pm) upper 60's Sunny!
Second time running here but was on all new trails. I parked in
the main parking lot this time. I started out on the Mesa trail.
It was non technical but was a steady climb for at least a mile.
I got winded a few times and had to walk. It's really hard to
start a run with a hill climb when you are not used to altitude.
I then got on a technical trail and really had to watch my footing
lots of rocks. See picture. I only ran 4 miles today because I
plan on running tonight with the Incline Club for the first time.
