Treadmill Run
6 Miles 52 minutes
Was going to run with the training group but it was very windy
and cold this morning. So I decided to run on the treadmill
instead. Plan was 8-10 miles but did 6. Still sore from marathon.
Don't want to push too hard for a while.

First run since the marathon. Still very sore in the quads.
Will take off tomorrow and run Saturday morning distance will
depend on how I feel. I'm thinking 8-10 miles.

Best I have ever felt in a marathon. Ran a negative split
for the second half. First time I have done that. Crowds
were awesome this year. More than last year much better
weather. Sore today but no worse than usual. Very happy
with this one. I'll take it easy for a week or so then try
to pick up the miles again. Cellcom Marathon less than a
month away. Plan is to run it and see what happens no time goal.
If I could go under 3:00 it would be awesome but will see how I
recover from this one.
