I plan on going back in a few weeks so I will do that. Good Luck with the 50k. I think you will enjoy it. I did the 50k last year and really enjoyed it.
BradBrad Poppelehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13986634254230026785noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3164157095835512721.post-69655563063075798692009-08-23T20:49:42.018-05:002009-08-23T20:49:42.018-05:00Hi Brad! Living in Kiel, I get to train on the Ice Age Trail in and around Greenbush quite a bit, and you're right, it's the toughest trail you'll find in Wisconsin, in my opinion. If you go back down there, try out the single track mountain bike trails. They're all dirt single track (no rocks/roots) but still hilly and curvy and a lot of fun. They're also not very heavily used by bikes, so they're pretty soft. I always run them clockwise to make sure I can jump out of the way for any bikers coming through.
I'm also planning on going down to the NF race, for the 50k. Looking forward to seeing you there, if not before in Greenbush at some point!
Nicnwgdchttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15000663254776350045noreply@blogger.com
