It is not a particularly great...How much recovery?<br /><br />It is not a particularly great or bad workout ... in fact, it might be too short. But it is one I can wrap my head around at 6AM while I am still waking up.<br /><br />I am thinking of adding a 2k to the front of it. Or going 200-400-800-1200-1600-1200-800-400-200.
